Its 30 hectares of vines enjoy soils and a climate which are particularly favourable to the late ripening of the grape. The white and rosé wines have an elegant finesse and the reds are well-balanced and powerful.
Syrah, Grenache, Carignan, Cinsault, Cabernet Sauvignon, Rolle, Clairette (7 out of the 11 permitted by the CDP appellation).
In order to obtain AB and DEMETER certification of our wines and of all our agricultural production in three years time, our farming methods right up to the bottling have been observing the DEMETER specifications since May 2009, with the prohibition to use any synthetic pesticide, herbicide or fertiliser.
Equally, for the vinification, fermentation is carried out with the natural yeast present in the grapes, without any outside yeast additive. Vinification additives are also banned and the amount of SO2 reduced to a minimum.
In addition to these natural practices, we also incorporate cosmic influences, observation and respect for the natural cycles in our strategy of supporting nature rather than imposing on and restricting it.
