La Table de Mentone is far more than a restaurant in the Var – it is an invitation to discover the flavours of Provence in an exceptional setting. Located within Château Mentone, an organic wine estate in Saint-Antonin-du-Var, our table celebrates local produce. Here, every meal is part of our world: an art of living where wine, cuisine and landscape are one.
Seasonal cuisine and estate produce
Our chef crafts refined and indulgent Provençal cuisine, following the rhythm of the seasons.
Vegetables, fresh aromatic herbs, estate olive oil and Château Mentone organic wines: each dish tells the story of our terroir and champions short food supply chains.
Here, the seasons inspire different menus with a deliberately short and creative menu so as to follow nature as closely as possible. Three starters, three main courses and three desserts, regularly refreshed, are served during the week. To vary the pleasures and satisfy everyone, our Chef always offers a meat dish, a fish dish and a vegetarian option.
On Sundays, the great roasting spit at the table is lit to offer, through sharing dishes, a true Sunday lunch built around meats and fish roasted over a wood fire.
Taken over in 2022 by Chef Sébastien Sanjou, a two-time Michelin-starred chef, our restaurant has become a must-visit in the hinterland of the Var. The chef of Le Relais des Moines, just a stone's throw from the estate, has always made it his mission to showcase the Provençal terroir.

Enjoy lunch or dinner on the terrace overlooking the vines, in a serene and friendly atmosphere. La Table de Mentone also welcomes group lunches, business meals and private events in a flexible setting. Our reception room can accommodate up to 40 people.
