Duplex Apartments

The Lodge

In Var, the Château Mentone offers three duplex apartments to rent classified 3 epis by Gîtes de France.  Le Lodge has been built entirely in wood , in accordance with the principles of "eco-construction" (Low-Energy Building) on the site of an old farm outbuilding .

These well-equipped apartments are available for use as "gites", namely to rent for 7 nights.

Offering a surface area of about 65 m², each apartment is able to cater for up to five people . On the ground floor, take advantage of a lounge-dining room with a fully-equipped kitchen as well as a shower room, separate WCs and a large bedroom. Upstairs, on the mezzanine, one sofa bed and a bedroom with bunk beds will be perfect for children.

One of the apartments has been fitted out for mobility-impaired guests.

Gite descriptions

Le Lodge offers three fully-equipped duplex apartments (including an apartment with access for mobility-impaired guests), a shared summer dining room with a terrace and outdoor games for children.

Apartment facilities:

  • Bathroom with shower and separate WC on the ground floor
  • Bedroom with double bed on the ground floor (or twin beds)
  • Mezzanine with 1 sofa bed and a bedroom with 2 bunk beds

  • Free Wi-Fi

Shared facilities: children's games, terrace/exterior dining room with plancha, laundry room, car park with video-surveillance

The stay includes:

  • Access to the pool and tennis court
  • The loan of mountain bicycles, tennis rackets and balls, French bowling balls

Rates and reservations

Le Lodge is open from Mid May to Mid November following the school holidays schedule for each year.

Rates inclusive of VAT (excluding tourist tax) for 7 nights from Saturday to Saturday.
